DISCUSSION OF FINDINGS , CCICLUSIONS ,
RESOLUTION AND ORDER ON ANNEXATION
ITHACA-ELM MAPLE HOUSES ,' INC . PETITION FOR
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF ITHACA
Attorneys Buyoucos and Barney presented for the Hoard ' s
review a prepared document on findings , couclusiohs and proposed
resolution and order with respect to Ithaca Elm4lAple , Houses , Inc .
petition for annexation to the City of Ithaca .
Certain revisions were recommended by the Board members and
I concurred in by Buyoucos and Barney . The document will be re -typed
with the agreed upon revisions and will be presented for formal
approval at the next meeting of the Board .
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was duly adjourned .
