r2r . Fabbroni reported on the new highway maintenance facili-
ty , discussing .floor plans and elevations . The point has been
reached where the Committee working on this matter MElwee , Desch ,
Fabbroni ) have discussed the Volans with John A . k1ac:Neill , Jr . ,
Engineer and Land Surveyor , Homer , new York , and have agreed they
are ready to ba.d the prdject . Councilman Desch recommended strongly
that the scope of the work be consis •r.cint with the drawings . The
things the Town is going to do must not be included in the bid price .
A2otion by Supervisor Schwan $ seconded by Councilman McElwee ,
RESOLVED , that the Town ' Engineer be authorized to arrange for adver -
tising for bids on the proposed new highway maintenance facility ,
bids to be opened on November 10 , 1976 , in accordance with prepared
saw-.ple advertisement .
Unanimously carried .
