THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2014 AT 7:00 PM

Those present: Glenn E. Morey, Supervisor
Ellard L. Sovocool, Councilperson
Kelly Smith, Councilperson
Sheldon C. Clark, Councilperson
Absent: Richard B. Gamel, Councilperson
Also present: April Scheffler
Minutes were taken at this Budget Workshop so that a motion could be made and
voted on to approve early bills. while a resolution exists allowing for early payment of
utility bills before the regular board meeting to avoid late charges, a non-utility bill had
been submitted that needed immediate payment along with the utility bills.
Vouchers for the General Fund in the amount of $5386.31 were presented for audit.
MOVED by Supervisor Morey, seconded by Councilperson Sovocool, to approve the
General Bills for payment.
Ayes - Sovocool, Smith, Clark, Morey.
A daft 2015 budget had been prepared and Supervisor Morey discussed a few
changes that needed to be made to it. The Tentative Budget will be prepared and
submitted to the Town Clerk who will present it to the Town Board at the Special
Meeting set for 6:00 pm on October 1, 2015.
With nothing else to discuss, the meeting was adjourned.
