Discussed the email received on March 19, 2014 from John Miller with groSolar on
supplying solar panels for the town. Consensus to have Supervisor contact Mr. Miller for
additional information
2. Ambulance Survey
Discussed upcoming Ambulance survey to be distributed through the Village.
3. NYS Dept. of State Training for Local Officials, March 24, 2014 5:00 - 9:30 PM
Reviewed meeting that concerned
a. State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA)
b. Local Procedures -Enactment Procedures
c. Land Use Moratoria
4. Moratorium on Hydro fracturing.
Discussion on Hydrofracturing Moratorium
S. Regulating Solid Waste Management Facilities
Read April Email dated March 11, 2014 on the changes to the NYS Solid Waste Management
Act. Decided to review the NYS Solid Waste Management Act before we update the 1988
Regulating Solid Waste Management Facilities Local Law
