TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2015 AT 4Th:30 PM

Those present: Donald F. Scheffler, Supervisor
Ellard L. Sovocool, Councilperson
Kelly Smith, Councilperson
Sheldon C. Clark, Councilperson
Absent: Richard B. Gamel, Councilperson
Also present: Dewey Dawson, April Scheffler.
The purpose of the Special Meeting was for the Town Clerk to present the 2016 Tentative Budget to the
Town Board.
Discussion took place on several line items in the budget including Attorney Miscellaneous Contractual,
Buildings Repairs, Central Garage Repairs, Celebrations, Cemeteries, Budgetary Provisions for Other
Uses, and Capital Projects Fund. Some changes were suggested and discussed for these line items as well
as others. Supervisor Scheffler will discuss the proposed changes with the Bookkeeper, after which the
Preliminary Budget will be prepared and filed with the Town Clerk.
Supervisor Scheffler adjourned the meeting at 6:27 pm.
