TUESDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2016 AT 7:00 PM
THE TOWN HALL, 101 CONGER BOULEVARD
Those present: Donald F. Scheffler, Supervisor
Ellard L. Sovocool, Councilperson
Kelly Smith, Councilperson
Also present: Chuck Rankin, April Scheffler.
The purpose of the Special Meeting was for the Town Clerk to present the Fiscal Year 2017 Tentative
Budget to the Town Board.
Discussion took place on the budget and a minor change that had been made since the Board had seen the
first draft.
RESOLUTION #16-066 - ACCEPT TENTATIVE BUDGET
MOVED by Councilperson Smith, seconded by Councilperson Sovocool
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby accepts the Fiscal Year 2017 Tentative Budget as
presented with no further changes.
Ayes - Sovocool, Smith, Scheffler
Nays -
Resolution Passed
Charles Rankin, Bookkeeper, said that he would prepare a Preliminary Budget and file it with the Town
Clerk the next morning. The Clerk will make copies available to the public and post it on the Town's
website.
There being no further business, Councilperson Smith moved to adjourn, seconded by Councilperson
Sovocool, at 7:27 pm Unanimous.
