Those present: Donald F. Scheffler, Supervisor
Ellard L. Sovocool, Councilperson
Kelly Smith, Councilperson
Randy N. Jackson, Councilperson
Sheldon C. Clark, Councilperson (Arrived at 7:12 pm)
Also present: April Scheffler.
The purpose of the Special Meeting was to discuss the employment history of a particular individual.
Motion was made by Supervisor Scheffler, seconded by Councilperson Sovocool, to enter into Executive
Session to discuss the employment history of a particular individual at 7:01 pm.
Ayes - Sovocool, Smith, Jackson, Clark, Scheffler
Motion was made by Councilperson Clark, seconded by Councilperson Smith, to return to Regular
Session at 7:23 pm.
Ayes - Sovocool, Smith, Jackson, Clark, Scheffler
RESOLUTION #16-041 - PURSUE UNEMPLOYMENT APPEAL
MOVED by Councilperson Jackson, seconded by Councilperson Smith
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes the Town Supervisor to pursue the unemployment
benefits appeal process against a former town officer.
Ayes - Sovocool, Smith, Jackson, Clark, Scheffler
Nays -
Resolution Passed
There being no further business, Councilman Sovocool moved to adjourn, seconded by Supervisor
Scheffler, at 7:26 pm. Unanimous.
