ADDENDUM NO. 2
April 10, 2018
TOWN OF CORTLANDVILLE
GUTCHESS LUMBER SPORTS COMPLEX
CONTRACT 1G-General Construction
The following changes and/or additions shall be made to the plans and/or specifications. All other requirements
of the contract documents shall remain the same. Acknowledge receipt of this addendum by inserting its number
and date in the Bid Proposal.
A. GENERAL INFORMATION
This Addendum provides for a revision to the size of Field 2 in Alternate 7. The right- and left-field foul
lines on Field 2 have been changed from 315’ to 320’.
B. PLANS
1. REMOVE the following plan sheets, with the last revision dated 4/4/18, from Addendum No. 1:
a. C-103.1 Alternate Site Layout and Dimension Plan
b. C-203.1 Alternate Site Grading Plan
c. C-223.1 Alternate Site Drainage Plan
d. C-231.1 Alternate Sports Field Drainage Plan
e. C-551.1 Alternate Site Irrigation Plan
and REPLACE with the following attached plan sheets, with the last revision dated 4/9/18:
a. C-103.1 Alternate Site Layout and Dimension Plan
b. C-203.1 Alternate Site Grading Plan
c. C-223.1 Alternate Site Drainage Plan
d. C-231.1 Alternate Sports Field Drainage Plan
e. C-551.1 Alternate Site Irrigation Plan
C. PROJECT MANUAL
1. INCLUDE in Section 012300, Alternates, the following drawing in the list under paragraph 3.1.
G.1.b., (Add Alternate 7: Alternate Field Layout Option Description):
x C-301.1 Alternate Water Main Plan & Profile STA. A10+00 to A17+00
2. INCLUDE in Section 321816, Playground Protective Surfacing, under paragraph 2.1.A:
Surface America PlayBound Poured-in-Place Playground Surfacing System as an approved system
for the project. The Surface America system shall meet all the performance requirements stated in the
project specifications.
