AGENDA MEETING MINUTES
Regular Meeting 7 : 30 p . m . January 4 , 1995

Members of the Public :
Mary Oltz , Edw . M . Roberts
Town Clerk , Carol Sczepanski administered the " Oath of Office " to
Councilperson Howard Steiner and called the meeting to order at
7 : 50 P . M . Due to the resignation of the Town Supervisor Mary
O ltz , effective on December 30 , 1995 , Councilperson Joseph Schwartz
was asked to preside as Acting Supervisor .
Appointment of Town Supervisor
A motion was made by Councilperson Bile and seconded by Acting
S upervisor Schwartz to appoint Mary Oltz as Town Supervisor for a
term beginning immediately and to expire on December 31 , 1995 .
A roll call vote on the motion resulted as follows :

Town Bookkeeper Hired
S upervisor Oltz reported that she has hired Kathleen Brown as the
n ew Town Bookkeeper .
The Board reviewed the Organizational Resolutions No ' s 1 - 15 for
1995 to be placed on the January 9 , 1995 Town Board Meeting .
Additional Items for Agenda :
1 ) Policy and Procedures Related to the Americans With
D isabilities Act ;
® 2 ) Possible Resolution - Acceptance of Building Contract for
minor renovation to comply with the Americans With
D isabilities Act .
3 ) Decision regarding - - whether the Town would be willing to
negotiate the possibility of collection of the 1996 Solid
Waste Annual Fee .
Terry Hart has submitted an estimate for minor renovations and
✓ epairs to the Town Hall in the amount of $ 2 , 214 . 00 and includes
materials and labor .
Councilperson Steiner asked the Board to consider authorization of
a contract that clearly states an upper limit with no cost over -
✓ uns for the project .
