I-7 Authorize Supervisor to sign the Annual Contract/Agreement with Modular
Mechanical Service regarding service to the Town’s HVAC Systems.Along with
this Annual Contract/Agreement,Modular Mechanical Service is offering the
Town a three-year extension in the amount of $2,880.00 per year
