Thank you for your recent resolution and completed TE 9a form requesting a speed
limit reduction on Bennie Road from State Route 13 to State Route 215, in the town of
Cortlandville. New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) traffic engineers
will conduct a formal investigation at the subject location.
Upon completion of the investigation, you will be notified of the results and our
determination. Please be aware that our review requires sufficient field investigation and
analysis to assure a proper response.
