Highway Superintendent - Wm . Hall
Supervisor Oltz called the meeting to order at 7 : 30 P . M .
The Town Board reviewed the following items for the January 10 ,
1994 Agenda :
1 ) Supervisor ' s Statement to the Board
2 ) Annual Organizational Resolutions 1 - 15 for 1994
3 ) Youth Commission - Possible Resolution
4 ) Dog Control Agreement with S . P . C . A . for 1994
The Board received the following reports :
1 ) Code Enforcement December 1993 Report
2 ) Dog Control Officer December 1993 Report
3 ) Bills to be placed on Warrant No . 1 of 1994
Other Items :
Old Danby School Building :
Councilperson Johnson reported that she is on a committee to
study the use of the Old Danby School building .
Town Hall Study Group :
Supervisor Oltz reported that she has appointed a group
( committee ) for the Town Hall study . She said this building is
inadequate , more space is needed for town offices , storage , and
other uses . The condition of the septic and water are unknown
and major renovations may be needed in the near future to comply
with building codes .
Councilperson Miller is strongly opposed to an appointed
committee working on possible plans for a new building and wants
the issue referred to the Planning Board .
Lengthly discussion followed .
The Agenda Meeting was adjourned at 8 : 55 p . m .
