Establish the 2021 schedule for Town Board regular meetings to be held at the
Water &Sewer Garage across from Raymond G.Thorpe Municipal Building
(Town Hall),3587 Terrace Road,Cortland,NY 13045 on the first &third
Wednesdays of the month
Authorize to approve the 2021 Holiday Schedule for Town employees
Authorize the Town Board to sign the Town’s Commercial Crime Coverage
Policy for 2021
Appoint Delegate,Supervisor,Tom Williams and Alternate,Deputy Supervisor,
Jay Cobb to attend the Annual Association of Towns all-virtual training school
February 14-17, 2021
Review,discuss &revise if needed,and adopt the Town’s Health Insurance
Policy for employees, elected officials & retirees for the year 2021
Acknowledge receipt of the proposed local law to amend the Town of
Cortlandville Solar Law,specifically Part 2,Article 1,Chapter 178 -Solar Energy

Town Board to review the updated draft Comprehensive Plan dated December
2020.Any recommendations made by the Town Board will be sent to Jean
Lowenstein at CHA for the Comprehensive Plan Committee to review
