County Planning Boards for their review &recommendations (1 original filed in
the Town Clerk’s Office)
Receive & file the following Renewal applications for Mobile Home Park Permits:

Plan Committee regarding solar arrays in the Town of Cortlandville as regulated
by the Town of Cortlandville Code
Authorize the Supervisor to balance the budget by transferring money from Fund
Balance into the Reserve Accounts as per budget sheet dated December 2,
2020
Set a dated of Monday,December 28,2020 at 5:00 p.m.via Zoom for a Special
Town Board Meeting to pay the final bills for 2020
Receive &file the letter from John Conway,Bennie Road resident and a petition
from residents in the area of Bennie Road,Walden Oaks and Coventry Lane
requesting a street light be placed at the intersection of Bennie Road &Walden
Oaks Blvd
