Following the Budget Work Session of the Town Board , Supervisor
Oltz called the Agenda Meeting to order at 8 : 40 P . M .
The following items were discussed :
1 ) Appointment to Tompkins County Environmental Management
Council ( EMC ) - it was suggested that the committee vacancy be
placed in the Danby Area News .
2 ) A special Executive Session of the Town Board was scheduled
for Saturday , November 6 , 1993 at 3 : 00 P . M .
3 ) Williamson Law Book - New ( updated version ) of Accounting
System for municipalities .
4 ) CSEA Contract for Highway Department
5 ) Resignation of Deborah Fitzpatrick. - County Youth Board
6 ) Recommendation to Tompkins County for Tompkins County Planning
Board .
7 ) Franchise Agreement - Contel - d / b / a / G . T . E . of New York
8 ) Bond Resolution - for John Deere Loader
The following items were placed on the Agenda :
1 ) Franchise Agreement - Contel d / b / a / GTE - Public Hearing
2 ) Preliminary Budget Hearing - Fiscal Year 1994
3 ) Recommendation - Tompkins County Planning board
4 ) Bond Resolution
