Supv Sumner called the Town Board meeting to order at 5:07 p.m., following a meeting
of the Infrastructure Committee
With respect to sewer rates, Supv Sumner said the rate was increased last year and she
would like board to authorize the same rate for this year. This should have been accomplished
last year by an amendment to the local law for 1AWWTP customers.
• Atty Perkins said he will be prepare a local law to be introduced in December and a
public hearing can be scheduled in early January. The law would be effective January 1. Supv
Sumner will get the figures to him.
There being no further business, on motion made, seconded and unanimously carried,
the meeting was adjourned at 5:12 p.m.
