The meeting was called to order at 7 : 50 P . M .
Fieldstone Circle Discussion :
Code Enforcement Officer Susan Beeners submitted proposed
✓ esolutions for the SEQR Fieldstone Circle Subdivision and the
✓ eaffirmation for the Planning Board to review . She does not think
that it is necessary to amend the SEQR .
The Planning Board expressed concern that the Review Board for the
project terminates when the last house is sold . They would like
t he enforcement and restrictions to be continued .
P roposed Zoning Ordinance Revisions :
The Planning Board reviewed the proposed Zoning Ordinance Revisions
through page 13 of the draft . A few minor changes were suggested
as follows :
( - ) - delete bold underline is new material .
1 ) Page 1 - delete No . 4 of Section 800 - Applications for
Rezoning
2 ) Page 2 - delete ( 802 ) Final Plan Approval and Modifications of
Site Plans .
3 ) Page 2 - delete No . 3 of Section 802 .
4 ) Page 3 - delete ( to hear the request ) in No . 3 first line .
5 ) Page 4 - delete ( 803 ) under Waiver of Requirements Related to
Site Plan .
6 ) Page 5 - under Section 804 General Conditions No . 6 - add the

Mobile Homes amended to read as follows :
( The ) Any perimeter foundation system shall be enclosed by
skirting securely fastened and extending from the outside wall
of the home to ground level around the entire perimeter of the
home . The skirting shall be constructed of sturdy ( wood , 111--
plastic , masonry , or metal ) materials etc .
11 ) Page 12 - Section 903 No . 6 - delete ( asbestos ) insert asphalt ,
and pitch of ( 4 ) 3 feet .
Continuation of the review of proposed revisions to be continued
when time permits .
