Be it enacted by the TOWN BOARD of the TOWN OF ULYSSES
SECTION 1. The title of this Local Law is "A Local Law Providing
That the Town of Ulysses Will Not Enforce the New York State Uniform

Section 2. The Town of Ulysses will not enforce the New York State
................ Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code on and after the 1st day
