Supervisor Oltz called the meeting to order at 7 : 40 P . M .

4 ) Town Board Minutes - November 9 , 1992 - Regular Meeting

6 ) Town Board Meeting - November 16 , 1992 - Special Meeting
7 ) Town Board Meeting - November 16 , 1992 - Special Meeting

9 ) Attorney ' s Report - November 1992
10 ) Code Enforcement Officer ' s Report - November 1992
Other items reviewed :
1 ) Possible Resolution related to notification of proposed
action on Tompkins County Roads by Planning Board and
Board of Zoning Appeals was put on hold . Our Code
Enforcement Officer will contact other municipalities
( townships ) for more information related to the County
notification requirement .

4 ) Resolution ( or motion ) to set the date and time for the
Town of Danby Year - end Meeting .
Adjournment to Executive Session :
On a motion the Town Board adjourned to an Executive Session of the
Town Board to discuss a personnel matter at 8 : 10 P . M .
The Town Board reconvened at 8 : 35 P . M . and on a motion adjourned
the Agenda meeting .
