The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Oltz at 6 : 12 P . M .
Councilperson Marisa presented the Town Board with the adjusted
Preliminary Budget for Fiscal Year 1993 as requested with a
00 . 0 % increase .
RESOLUTION NO . 59 OF 1992
ADOPTION OF THE TOWN OF DANBY PRELIMINARY BUDGET FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1993 .
By Councilperson Schwartz : Seconded by Councilperson Miller
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING
JANUARY 1 , 1993 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31 , 1993 , MAKING APPROPRIATIONS
FOR THE CONDUCT OF TOWN OF DANBY GOVERNMENT AND ESTABLISHING
THE RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES FOR SUCH
PERIOD .
WHEREAS , this Board has met at the time and place specified
in the notice of public hearing on the Preliminary Budget for
Fiscal Year 1993 and heard all persons desiring to be heard
thereon ; now , therefore be it
RESLOVED , that the Preliminary Budget for Fiscal Year 1993 as
amended and revised and as hereinafter set forth is hereby
adopted as stated in the column titled " Adopted " and they
hereby are appropriated for the objects and purposes specified
and the salaries and wages stated in Schedule 5 of such budget
shall be and are hereby fixed at the amounts shown therein
effective January 1 , 1993 .
