TOWN BOARD MEETING MINUTES
Special Meeting 7 : 30 P . M . November 16 , 1992

S upervisor Oltz called the meeting to order at 7 : 30 P . M .
Executive Session Called :
S upervisor Oltz called for an Executive Session of the Town Board
• to discuss a personnel Matter . No Board Member objected .
The Town Board adjourned to Executive Session at 7 : 30 P . M .
and reconvened at 7 : 40 P . M .
Councilperson Marisa presented the Preliminary 1993 Budget
t o the Town Board ( dated 11 / 10 / 92 ) for their discussion
and review .
The following adjustments were made to the Preliminary
B udget :
1 ) $ 46 , 000 added to CHIPS revenues - - if funds
are not received then the Appropriations for Bridges in
t he Highway fund will be eliminated .
2 ) $ 1 , 600 has been added to the General Fund for
t he Jennings Pond summer swimming program .
( Mary Ann Kozak said that she would like to see the program
funded for $ 2 , 000 . 00 so that the pond could be open more . )
Town Board members discussed many options and adjustments
t o achieve 00 . 0 % increase in the Fiscal Year 1993 Budget .
Adjournment to Executive Session :
O n a motion the Town Board adjourned to Executive Session
at 8 : 45 P . M . to discuss Personnel related matters and reconvened
at 9 : 15 P . M .
ADJOURNMENT :
A motion was made by Councilperson Schwartz and seconded
by Councilperson Marisa to adjourn the meeting until Tuesday ,
November 17 , 1992 at 6 : 00 P . M .
Carried Unanimously
Meeting adjourned at 9 : 15 P . M .
