Supervisor Oltz called the meeting to order at 7 : 30 P . M .
The following adjustments were made in the Draft Budget for Fiscal
Year 1993 in an effort to reduce the Preliminary Budget .

5 ) DA52110 . 1 $ 60 , 978 . 00

7 ) DA5130 . 2 $ 12 , 000 . 00
8 ) DA5130 . 4 $ 58 , 000 . 00

Accounts - - DA9720 . 6C and DA9720 . 7C moved to General Fund -
( Accounts A9720 . 6C and A9720 . 7C ) .
Cable Franchise Account number is now A2770 .
D ivision For Youth ( DFY ) remove as a revenue $ 1 , 008 . 00 .
O ther items discussed :
1 ) Recycling center to be moved to the New Highway Barns on
Hornbrook Road ;
2 ) Heat and utilities to be turned off at Old Highway Barns on
B ald Hill Road .
3 ) Recycling , youth programs , Danby Motor Development payrolls
to be contractual .
4 ) Consideration will be given for possibly funding Jennings Pond
Swimming Program for half time . The Jennings Pond Committee
h as been asked to submit a scaled down proposal for
consideration .
