TOWN BOARD MEETING MINUTES
Special Meeting 7 : 30 P . M . October 20 , 1992
Working Session
Fiscal Year 1993 - Budget
PRESENT :
Supervisor Oltz
Councilpersons : Hile , Marisa , Schwartz
O thers Present :
Town Clerk - Carol Sczepanski
P ublic - Howard Steiner , Judy Tagliavento , Ric Dietrich
Supervisor Oltz called the meeting to order at 7 : 30 P . M .
Councilperson Marisa presented the Town Board with a draft of the
revised Tentative Fiscal Year 1993 Budget to date .
The Town Board made the following revisions and adjustments to the
Tentative Budget .
1993 Youth Programs :
Judy Tagliavento presented the Town Board with the 1993 Youth
P rograms Budget , expenses , salary proposals , etc . for their review .
She submitted a check to the Town in the amount of $ 7 , 610 . 06 for
payment of the 1992 After - School and Summer Recreation Programs .

General Fund Budget Expenses :
P roposed reductions to the Tentative Budget were made as follows :
1 ) A1220 . 1A $ 4 , 000 . 00
2 ) A1345 . 4 $ 3 , 600 . 00
3 ) A1220 . 2 $ 300 . 00
4 ) A1620 . 4 $ 15 , 000 . 00
Adjustments to Zoning Enforcement , Planning / BZA , and Highway cannot
be made after consultation with the Code Enforcement Officer and
H ighway Superintendent .
ADJOURNMENT :
On a motion the meeting adjourned at 9 : 20 P . M .
NEXT BUDGET MEETING - TUESDAY - OCTOBER 27 , 1992 - 7 : 30 P . M .
