BUDGET MEETING
Special Meeting 7 : 30 P . M . October 5 , 1992
Working Meeting - Budget

Supervisor Oltz called the meeting to order at 7 : 30 P . M .
Town Clerk Carol Sczepanski presented the Town Board with the
Supervisor ' s Tentative Budget for fiscal year 1993 .
The Town Board reviewed the Tentative Budget for possible
adjustments . Supervisor Oltz explained the items in the Tentative
Budget .
The following items were discussed :
1 ) Salary increments be kept to a maximum of 3 %
2 ) Increase in Highway - due to no Revenue Sharing and CHIPS
funds . Discussed was selling the Old Highway Barns and
using the funds to build salt sheds .
3 ) Increase in Insurance - due to liability for youth
services and new highway truck .
4 ) Monies for Youth Programs - ( If revenues for the third
( 3rd ) quarter of 1992 are not received we should not
continue to fund their programs . )
5 ) Intermunicipal Youth Programs Funding - to be discussed
at Agenda Meeting , October 7 , 1992 .
Working Session for Budget Meeting Set :
A Working Session of the Town Board will be held on Tuesday ,
October 13 , 1992 at 7 : 30 P . M .
