The Town of Dryden pays triple the cost of the summer program which is then divided in half and the town pays half and the applicant pays half. In this case the town Would pay half and Dept. of Social Services would pay half which is still 100 per cent of our tax dollars. This would involved 8 weeks of summer camp and close t o $1,000.00 f or one child. The town board decided to have Nita check with the case worker to see what this involves, but the town Would have to pay for this. The board also decided they should check over the agreement and have it amended so this will not happen in the f ut ure. Clint Cotterill - he attended the task force cat committee last week. They passed out information and there was no discussion as to whether you were noinn to have a cat 1icensinn ordinance. They did pass out a feasibility study stating that only 54 per cent of the dons in Tompkins County are licensed and they hoped to net the same percentage in cats. The pr• posed rate would be $5.00 for a neutered � �r spayed cat and up to $15.00 for an unspaved or Unneutered cat. The owners were lucky that an observant neighbor was at home and a quick response of the existing emergency system and the Freeville Fire Station was available. Fire Safety Inspections. We h,ad a total of (13) requests for Building Permits which are detailed below. They knew it was impassible to enumerate cats in a rural area and impossible to find out who they belonged to.
