subsidized division. It is a configuration of the City of Ithaca,
Town of Ithaca, Cayuga Heights, arid parts of the Village of
Lansing. The M.P.O. has an advantage in obtaining results of
plans fror federal funds for publ is pry �.jects available.

RESOLVED, this Town Board request. that the Town of Dryden be
included and encourage the M.P.O. do represent the entire county.

Supv Schug - there was a request from Marianne Wilcox that she
riot pay a bill frortr George Schlecht for c site visits he did
regarding her application fr. it a special perriiit for a retail gift
shop. The Wilcox's signed an agreement in April of 1993 when they
picked up the material from Henry. It is right in the agreement,
and Henry makes it very clear, all charges that are inci_trred in
an application fi-. Ir pr• ifessional services maybe charged back to
the applicant. It is up do the board whether or not they want to
give her relief i_if not paying this bill. The board urianimi:iusly

agreed that the Wilcox's should pay all of the fees that were
billed to the town by Schlecht Engineering for work on the Wilcox
special permit application. Supv SchI_ig will write to Marianne
Wilcox and let her know the boards decision.
