Supv Schug called the meeting to order at 7 a(")OPM
Members and guests participated in the Fledge of Allegiance
Roll call was by the Town Clerks
Present e Supv Schug, Clm Roberts, Clm Hatfield, Atty Perkins
and Z.O. Slater
Absent= Clm Corrigan and Clm Baker
Supv Schug read the notice that was published in the newspaper
concerning the application of Robert & Mariann Wilcox (copy in
minute book)
QUESTIONS AND /OR COMMENTS

to add a gift
shop
on the front
of their
home.
They would

to
carry local
gifts,
crafts and

goods.

permit
is needed

they want to
move

their horse.

Mariann Wilcox - she now has the stand open from 10m00AM to
7:00PM during the summer when it is still light out. On Sun it is
from 1 ) o f r0AM to 2= 00PM.
RESOLUTION #1210 ACCEPT NEGATIVE DECLARATION
SHORT_EAF FORM ROBERT & MARIANN WILCOX_
Clm Roberts offered the following resolution and asked for its

RESOLVED, that this Town Board accept the EAF form filed without

comment for In Home Gift Shop at 523 Cortland Rd. It was
determined that there was no significant environmental impact arid
a negative declaration should be issued.
