Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Fish that
F.Walker be authorized to buy a Rheem 100,000 BTU input unit
heater from Charles Millar for $145,00 for Water Dep"t, Garage,
Motion carried.

Motion by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Wadsworth that a letter be sent
to the New York Telephone Company, that they inform the Water Dept. •
when ever they plan to excavate or dig near the Town Water and Sewer
Lines. +his motion wwas carried.

Town Clerk be authorized to buy a new office chair for his office.
