SPECIAL MEETING OF THE, TOWN BOARD
Meeting was held at the Town Hall i1_1 the Town of Cortlandville
at 2 P.M. Oct. 29, 1968, Supervisor Frank K. Taylor, presiding.
Present were Councilmen Sherman Griswold & Henry Wadsworth, Justices
Ronald Fish and Don Eaton. Town Attorney John Gardner, Town Eng.
Wm. Powell, Engineer John MacNeil and Attorney Morris Fitts with his
client, Robert Bean.
This meeting was called to raview the petition of Robert Bean
for an addition 4L. --o his present Trailer Park at Tompkins and atarr
Road.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the application of Robert
Bean dated October 22, 1968, for a proposed permit for an addition
to Penguinv( Starr Trailer Park on Tompkins Street extension con-
sisting of 130 House trailer units be granted and a trailer park
permit be issued by the Town Cle-rh' after payment by Robert Bean
of the minimum fee of $25.00, upon the condition that none of the
units of said trailer park shall be occupied by house trailers with-
out the written approval of the Cortland County Health Department
as to the sever and 'water facilities and the written approval of the
Town Engineer as to the sever, water and drainage facilities and
street regulations of the Trailer Park Ordinance.
Motion was made by Mr. Er -ton seconded by Mr, Fish that the
above resolution be adopted, vote polled as follows,

Mr. Griswold yes
Mr. Wadsworth yes
Mr. Tayln'_- Motion carried.
,Motion was made at this time by Mr. Griswold that Mr. Nelderhofer
be released from his $4000.00 bond on North. Lamont and gubst-Itute a
certified check in the amount- of$500,,00 to guarantee completion of
the street, this approved by High."way Sup't. Harry Cooper.
This motion was seconded by Mr. Wadsworth with unanimous
approval of the Town Board.
Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Wadsworth that the
8ogakus Bond in the amount of $40 W'W00 for completion of Alexandria
Drive be released, this was approved by Highway Superintendent,
Harry Cooper. Motion was carried.
(As secretary of the Planning Board,Totgn C1erkBrookins •
brought the Town Boards attention to releasing the Hogakus Bond
for Alexandria Drive and the Neiderhofer Bond for Lamont (North)
as per approval of Highway Sup,t. with certified check of $500.00
to cover completion at North Lamont )
