Town Hall, Terrace Road in the Town of Cortlandville.
Supervisor Frank K. Taylor presided with members
present as follows, Justices Ronald Fish and Don.
Eaton, Councilmen Sherman Griswold and Henry Wadsworth.
Also present were Rudy Kra.uklis, book-keeper for
Supervisor, Town attorney John Gardner, Highway Supt.
Dan VanGa.lder and Mr. Wm. Heaslip.
rc Motion by Mr. Fish seconded by Mr. Eaton that the

Water service to the Niederhofer Tract, the cost of the
work to be done be borne by LaVern and Carlton Niederhofer,
until such time as this may be incorporated into Bonds

Engineer Rowell reported on the Gunzenhauser Tract,
the street is not ready for exceptancet manholes are not

Mr. Taylor reported there is a County Sewe-imeeting
Thursday nikht ( Sept. 19, 1968) at 7:30 P.M. and he would
® like to have the Town Board members attend. Meeting will
beheld in Cortland City Hall.
�iqj Motion by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Wadsworth that the
Town adopt the new specifications for new minimum streets
and new roads. motion carried.
Preliminary Budget for Water Dist. # 1 read by
Supervisor Taylor, Motion by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr
Fish that the Water Dist, Preliminary Budget, be adopted.
This motion was carried.

Motion by Mr. Griswold seconded by. M. Wadsworth that
the Budget for Water Dist® # 2, be adopted. Motion carried.
Motion was made by Mr. Wadsworth seconded by Mr. Griswold
that the Sewer Dist. Budget be adopted. Motion carried.

Motion was made by Mr. Fish seconded by Mr. Eaton that
a Public Hearing be held on the'Preliminary Budgets for
Water District # 1 and Sewer District # 1 and Water Dist.
# 2, October 2, 1968 at 7:30 P.M. This MptiM was
carried.
Mr. Walker states that he has been advised by the County
that he must move 4 hydrants on McLean Rd. due to the
widening and repair of McLean Road by the County.
Motion by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Griswold that the Town
Attorney be authorized to take whatever steps necessary
to collect bill for damaged hydrant from Thomas Howard
of E. Homer, N.Y. Motion was carried.

Motion by Mr. Griswold seconded by Mr. Wadsworth that
the Town Attorney be authorized to take whatever steps
necessary to resolve the situation with Niagara Mohawk
Power Co. in regard to underground electrical supply,
located in the highway rigs-a®way at Deerfield Heights.

that Harmon Kinney's salary be increased $.05 per hr.
