Also present were Mr. & Mrs Phil Allen, Milton Stout, John Grady, Wm. Byron,Lyle Smith, L. Sosnovich, Engineer John MacNeil, William Halstead and Ray Bristol. Town Clerk read the minutes of the last meeting and they were approved, Supervisor Taylor pro- ceeded with the meeting. (An -associate was present with Mr. Sosnovich) Mr. Taylor reported on a trip that the Clerk, Lelan M. Brookins Rudy Krauklis and, himself made to Binghamton,April 26, 1968 to a meeting at Community College regarding a landfill operation. Mr. Sosnovich brought new plans -for his proposed ApIt. Build- ings on the Appolo Develop. (Halstead Lands), driveways and roads would all be private and would not be dedicated to the Town F Questions were put to Pair. Sosnovich and his associate by Mrs. Phil Allen ,Mr. Lyle Smith, Mr. John Grady and Mr-. Milton Stout. in regard to his proposed multiple dwellings. A Petition was presented by the Torn Clerk from 31 residents of this area object- ing to these multiple apartment housing as proposed by Mr. Sosnovich. ® Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Wadsworth that this pet- ition be accepted by the Town Board and filed, This motion was carried. -vio A representative of;the Badger Meter -Company was present and brought to the attentio4(of the Board the outside meters his company would like to -sell to the Town. Motion was made by Mr. Wadsworth seconded by Mr. Eaton that 6 of these meters be bought, motion carried M Motion by Mr. Griswold seconded by Mr. Eaton that the Town Clerk be empowered to purchase 6 new voting booths at a cost of $32.10 each, P this motion was carried. Motion was made by Mr. Wadsworth seconded by Mr. Griswold that survey having been made that two lights be removed as they are at present on Lyncourt and replaced by four lights as per survey by Mr. • Fish. This motion was carried. Motion.was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Fish. that the Town Clerk's expense to a regional meeting of New York State Office for Local. Government to be held,Friday May 10, 1968 in Syracuse be paid by the Town. This motion was carried. , In regard to installation of the outside water meters, there would be the added. fee of $10.00. Motion was made by Mr. Eaton and seconded by M%r. Fish to this effect and passed unanimously. Recommendations of Engineer Wm. Rowell follow on next page:° Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded ly Mr. Wadsworth that all bills as presented and read by the Town Clerk and audited by the Town, Board be paid,.
