April 9, 1968 at 10 A.M.
Special meeting was called by Town Supervisor F.K.Taylor
who presided: Board members present were Justices, Hon Fish and
Don Eaton, Councilmen Sherm. Griswold and Henry Wadsworth. Also
present were Town Attorney John Gardner and Mayor Noss from the
City of Cortland,
1�0� L resolution was passed by the Town Board as follows: On motion
of Councilman Griswold and seconded by Justice Fish with unan-
imous approval of the Board, Resolved that a Public Hearing be
held before the Town Board on the 22nd day of April 1968, at &.30
P.M. in the evening to consider an amendment to the Dump Ordinance
to provide for a temporary dumping ground on the lands of James Yaman
on the west side of New York Sate highway Route 13 in the Town of
Cortlandville for a period of sixty days to be used solely by the
City of Cortland to dump and burn refuse and rubbish from buildings
of the down -town, City of Cortland, revitilization program, located
between Orchard and West Court streets in said City of Cortland.
This meeting was adjourned at 11:10 A.M.
