of a proposed sewer district in said Town, such sewer districE to
be known as ?uCktey Hill Sewer Dist£iot of the Town of Dryden; and
WHEREAS, said map, plan and report were prepared by Hunt
Engineers and Architects of Corning., New York, duly licensed l7y
the State aP New York, and have been Filed in the office of the
Town Clerk of said 'Tow.z, where the same are available during
regular office hours far examination by any persons interested in
the subject matter thereof: and

as the same become due, but it not paid from such source, all the
taxable real property In said Town shall be siubject to the levy
of ad valorem tastes without limitation as to rate or amount

WHEREP3, compliance with the provisions of the State
EnviEOlunental -Quality Review Act have been performed and the
establishment of the Turkey Hill Sewer District of the TO-Mi of
Dryden and the improvements proposed therefor hava been
deternined to be an UnliS=ed ACt ane as to whic_a a negative
declaration has been made determining that said establishment and
the improvements proposed therefor would not result in any
sicnificant environmental effects; and
WMEP A$, it is now desired to call a public hearing upon the
questicn of the establishment of said Turkey Hill Sewer District
of t e Town of Dryden: ir, the manner aforessLid; and pursuant to
Section 204 -d of the Town Law, NOW, VIZ FORE, BE IT
ORDERED, by the Tow's Board of the Town of Dryden, Torrivk_ns
Ca=-v, New York, as fellows;
section 1, A meeting of the Town Board of the Town of
Dryden, Tompkins CountY, New Yorke shall be held at the Varna
Community Center, in Varna, New York, in said Town, or. the loth
day of July, 1491, ar 7:00 a'cloek F.M., $revailiaq Time, far
the puxpoee of holding a public hearing to consider the
establishment of the =urkey Hill Sewer District of the Town of
Dryden, the boundaries of such District being as set forth in
Appendix A attached hereto and made a part hereof and to
consider the rap, plan. and report including estimate of Cost
filed in relation thereto, and to hear all persons interested
iri the subject matter thereof concerning the same, and for such
other action on the pact of said Town Hoard as may be required
:ty law or shall be proper in the premises.
Section 2. The Town Clerk is herehy authorized and
directed to Cause a copy of this order to be pUbli.sliked once in
the Ithaca journal, the efEielal [lewspaper of said Town, the
first publication thereof to be not less than ten nor more than
twenty days before the day set herein for the hearing as
aforesaic, and said Town Clerk shall also Cause a copy thereof
to be posted on the sign -board of the Town maintained pursuant
to subdivision b of Section 34 of the Town Law not less than
tern nor more than twenty days before the day set for the
hearing as aforesaid.
Section 3. This order shall take effect immediately.
