Hall, Terrace Road in the Town of Cortlandville, SupeP,Tisor
Frank K.Taylor presiding: Other Board. member present were
Justices Donald i?aton and Ronald Fish, Councilmen Sherm-an
Griswold and Henr-,s vladsworth. Also r-)resent were Town Attorney
John Gardner, Supervisor's book-keeper, R. Krauklis, Hi ghwy.

,sr Town Cl eri_ presented request of Mildred Linehan for re-
newal of her house trailer permit. Motion was made by ilr. Fish
seconded by Mr. Eaton that the Trailer permit for 11lild.r. ed Linehan
be renewed. This motion was passed by the Town Board. The fee
of jp10.00 for this 6 montl permit iaas.?aid_ the Town Clerk.
4 The Town Clerk reported to the Town Board that Robert
Space came in to inform trim that when the present Dump Contract

Mr. Fish, reported on lights at Lamont acres as follows:

Motion was Made by Mr. Wadsworth seconded by Mr. uaton
that the above rroposa.l be accepted arid. the light changes made.
This motion was carried.
ry 4 Attorney Gardner read a letter he received from Mr. Towel -
son in regard----_-- to Traffic: Light at Lamont Acres entrance, letter
being retained in his file.
Highway Superintendent gave a report to the Bo ^rd_ of the

monthly activities of the Highway Department. Motion was made
by Mr. Fish seconded by Mr. Griswold that the salary of Paul Leet
be increased to $2.20 per hour starting March 1, 1968. This motion
was carried.
Mr. K_rauklis reported that check's number 4252, 4253 and
4254 are missing from his check book for General Fund.
Motion was made by Mr. Fish seconded by Mr. Wadsworth that
all bills as presented and read by the Town Clerk and audited by
the Town Board be paid as follows:
General Fund------------- $2518.77p2?
Highway ------------- 4199.81
Water Dist. # 1-------- 4.834.52
Sewer Dist. # 1--------- 3471.15
This motion was carried and meeting was adjourned.
