Motion was nale by On. Kator seconded by Mr. Fish that the Town
Clerk be authorized tc send Mr. Beaker's Voucher, together with
a letter that the Town Boar! feAs that 1 500-00 was tke alre,ft

with the Town Onard. This motior was carried.
Mr. Cooper reperted that Leon Norris had been hired by the
highway department at J2.0? per hoor.

Marine Midland Bank be named a depository for Water ?5ct. # 3.
this motion wac carried.
Town Clerk brought to the Boards attention a delinquent
water bill from lst quarter of 1968 to 9/22/69, amount
remaining to be paid $31.25. Mr. Walker has been instructed
to advise Charles Gensen to pay his bill or his water will
be shut off.
Albert DiLucci of A#1, Sunsetview Terrace, McGraw, appeared
before the Board and stated he thought this was to be the
Budget meeting (which had already been passed), Supervisor .
brought him up to date on all Salary increases and he also
explained some of the details of the County Budget which are
being prepared .

Motion was made by Mr. Miller, seconded by Mr. Griswold that
the following bills as prepared by the Town Clerk and audited
by the Board be paid as follows:
Gen Fund $1862.64
Hgwy. 1130.68
Water Dist. 1 429.69
Sewer Dist .1 21.71
There being no further business at this time, meeting was
adjourned.
