Members of the Town Board present were, Councilmen Sherman Griswold and Ray Miller, Justices Donald Eaton and Ron Fish. Also present were Rudy Krai,,klls, Book-keeper for Supervisor,, Mr. Tor. Morton, Mr. & Mrs Henry Lobl, Mr. & Mrs Phil Allen, Mr. Patrick Hamill, 0 Mr. Harry Coope-t, Hgwy Supt-.,and Eng. Wm Howell. Notice was -read by the Town Clerk of publication in Cortland Standard, There was some discussion of different items and since -there was no objections to said Preliminary Budget, the hearing was declared closed. Regular meeting was called to order by Supervisor at 8 P.M. all members of the Board were present, and above residents, also Frank Tinelli of Polkville area. Town Clerk read letter from Dept. of Labor about violations Of Labor Law in regards to new Town storage building built by Alton J. Morris. The investigator, Mr. Benjamin Genova called the Town Clerk November 5, 1969 to verify that Mr. Morris had complied with the Labor Law and was now entitled to his pay from the Town. AJustice Fish made -a motion to accept request for rezoning from R3 to R2 as per request of petitioners ) of Sosnowich lands, Motion was lost for need of a second. Re: Special Planning Bd. (Holiday Building Corporation), this letter filed in the Clerk's office dated 10/30/69. All effective on completibn,. /Letter was received by Town Attcrney J.J.Gardner regarding the application from the Town of Cortlandville to form Water District #3, This application was approved on October 2, 1969 and completed works Iof this project approved by the Commission. (Applic. i 5742) Motion was made by Mr. Miller seconded by Mr. Fish that Joseph Yacano Jr. be paid at the rate of it 2.00 per hr. and $.10 per mile for his services as Town Constable. • A -02�1 Motion was male by Mr. Eaton seuonded by Mr. Miller that the Preliminary Budget for the Town of Cortlandville as compiled and pre- sented at Public Hooring No7ember & !969, be acoepted and adopted as the Annual Budget for 1970. This motion was carried unanimonsly. Copies of 1970 Budget will be certified by t"o Town Clerk and filed. ,eJP3 Motion was made by Mr. qriswold seconded by Mr. Miller that all bills as presented by the Town Clerk and audited by the Town Board be paid as follows: General Fund, la,156.63 Hgwy. Funa, 6,012.28 Water D. 1 497-13 Sewer D. Y 1 11.31 This motion carried. Supervisor Taylor discussed F. Tinelli's problem with the Board and is going to contact Senator Tarky Lombardi of Syracuse to set up a meeting with Mr. Towelson,Sta.te Engineer, together with Mr. Tinelli, representatives of the Town to see what; can be done to relieve the at Mir. Ti�nellis ,d_ ner. v� Upon motion by . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . seconded b�j� y a and carried unanimously, be it RESOLVED, that Niagara Mohaak Power Corporation be, and it hereby is, granted a perpetual easement and right-of-way to layr, re -lay, mainatin and repair underground cables, wires and fixtures in the roadbed of the public street known as Deer Run over-astrip of- land --having -a width of --ten- feet measured from the --west line --of-Dee-rAun--and---alR!ngth- of--365-feet -running from the _ south._ line -of -.Lot--No..-_l4- _-no-rther-ly-_to__the- -north --line--o-f-- Lot No'. X9 13-as shown on a map of Right of Way Drawing for the Osbeck Tract approved by S.
