Regular meeting of the Town Board was held at the Town Hall,
15 Terrace Road, Supervisor Front K. Taylor presiding. Board members
present were Justices Donald 7aton and Ronald Fish, Councilmen Sherm
Griswold and Ray Y111yr.

Motion by Yr. Crisvola senonded by Mr. Fish that the Atupke
Rd. Town Dump be closed as of September 30, 1969 and proper sign be
erected to this affent and notion in the Cortland Standard . The
Town Attorney will taZe whRt ever steps are necessary to change the
Dump Ordinance. This motion was carriel.

Motion was made by Mr. Miller seconded by Mr. Eaton that a Public
Hearing on Water Dist. 1 District 2, and Sewer Dist. 1, be held
September 17, 1969 at 7:30 P.M.
Resolution follows regarding performance Bond and offer of cession
of Hart Drive, College View Drive and portions of Gwen Lane and Field
Crest Drive on next pages. •
There being no further business at this time meeting was adjourned.

On motion by Justice Donald Eatnn, seconded by Councilman Flay
Miller, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted:
WHEREAS, The Planning Board of the Town has approved a certain
Subdivision Plat of a. portion of lands of Section One of "Hart
Estates" subject to the filing of a. Performance Bond in the amount
• of Four Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($4,800.00), to guarantee th
suitable and satisfactory construction and grading of certain pro-
posed streets known a.s "Hart Drive" and "College View Drive" and po
tions of "Gwen Lane" and "Field Crest Drive" on or before September
1, 1970, in accordance with a certain profile and cross section of
said streets and specifications therefor as shown on a Map of Road
Profiles of a portion of Section One of Hart Estates, made by John
S. MacNeill, Jr., consulting engineer and land surveyor, dated June
19, 1969, and revised June 28, 1969, and in accordance with the Spe
1fications of the Town of Cortlandville for town road and street con-
struction, dated September 28, 1968; and
WHEREAS, Stiles Farms, Inc., the owner and developer of said
Hart Estates Tract has delivered to the Town Clerk, its Performance
Bond in the amount of $4,800.00, to guarantee the construction and
grading of Hart Drive, Field Crest Drive, Gwen Lane and College Viet
Drive as shown on said Map of Road Profiles; and
WHEREAS, Said Stiles Farms, Inc. has formally offered to dedi-
cate said streets to the public; and
WHEREAS, Said Stiles Farms, Inc. has delivered to the .Town a.
proposed deed dated September 2, 1969, conveying all if its right,
title and interest in Hart Drive and College View Drive and portion
of Gwen Lane and Field Crest Drive as shown on said subdivision pla
and described in said offer of cession.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it
RESOLVED, That the aforesaid Performance Bond made and execute
by said Stiles Farms, Inc. to the Town of Cortlandville in the amou t
of $4•,800.00 be, and it hereby is approved as to form, sufficiency
and manner of execution; and be it further
--RESOLVED, That the aforesaid streets or,highways known as Hart
Drive and College View Drive, and the portions of Field Crest Drive
and Gwen Lane as described in said offer of cession and in said dee ,
be, and they hereby are formally accepted as public streets of the
Town of Cortlandville, Cortland County, New York; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Town of Cortlandville be, and
he hereby is authorized and directed to record the aforesaid deed i
Cortland County Clerk's Office.
