Regular meeting (2nd', for the month of June held at the Town
Hall on Terrace Road, Supervisor Frank K. Taylor presiding. Members
of the Town Board present were: Justice Don Eaton Councilmen Ray
Miller and Sherman GriswclJ. Justice R. Fish was not present at this
time. Also pre sent were Engineer Wm. Rowell, Town Highway Sup't.

Town Clerk Brookins, read the minutes of the last meeting and
they were approved..
44 The Town Clerk having discussed the payment of a bill for pipe
used by the Hgwy Dep't. in front of the residence, NorDRIn Grant,
on 'Parti Drive,
the motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Griswold that the
Town Clerk be authorized to accept $69.60 as payment in full from
Mr. Grant- This motion was carried.
I- 1�--%q Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Griswold that
Highway Sup't. oo-oer be --.-izthorized to work out a Program with the
Highway Supt. of the Town of Virgil to open up a strip of road be-
tween Taranto road and Tower road. This is a Town Line road. This
motion was passed unanimously.
�:qb Motion was made by Mr. Eaton' seconded by Mr. Griswold that the
Town accept a negotiable c.ertificate of deposit from the Dime Savings
and Loan Assoc., as security for the completion of streets on the
new Niederhofer Tract locatlec_ in the McLean -Fairview area on lands
of tlno Space F rm.acceptable to an appropriate Town
Official.. This motion was carried.
Kql MotLinn was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Miller that a,
letter from Town Engineer Wm. Rowell approving the Water installation
in Water District 3 be, accepted. and placed on file in the Clerk's
Office. This motion was carried.

I A- Motion was made by Mr. Miller seconded by Mr. Eaton
that a letter from Vern Niederhofer be required, an offer of
Cession of the Streets and Water lines in the new Niederhofer
Tact, Section 1, Lot 72,lands formerly a part of the Space Farm.
This motion was carried.
Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Miller that
the Supervisor be authorized to sign an application to the Water •
Resource Commission for the formation of Water District # 3 in
the Town of Cortlandville. Motion carried.
Motion was made by Mr. Griswold seconded by Mr. Eaton that
Water District # 1 lie authorized to furnish and sell water as needed
in Water District # 3. This motion was carried.

Sears -Roebuck to erect a fence on two sides /of the Playground at
& Nu.z,clz4,
Blodgett Mills at a price of 475.00 this motion was carried.
