PUBLIC HEARING In the matter of the Petition for the establishment
of Water Distri�•, ?# 3, Neiderhofcr Tract, McLean & Fairview area, the
Hearing was called to order by Supervisor Frank K,Taylor, Legal Notice
was read by the Town Clerk, Laverne Neiderhofer one of the Petioners
was present, no one, appea-reC. to object to said Petition.
THEREFORE, ON MOTION OF Justice Fish seconded by Mr. Eaton that the
Hearing be closed.
2nd regular meeting o-f t'he month called to order at 8, F.M. by
Supervisor Frank K. Taylor, other members present were Justice Is
Eaton and Fish, Councilman Ray Miller, Councilman Griswold was not
present, also present were Rudy Krauklis, book-keeper for Supervisor,
Town Engineer, Wm Rowell and Town Assessor Henry Wadsworth.
Town Clerk read minutes of the last meeting and they were approved.
Motion by Mr. Miller, seconded by Mr. Eaton that the following letter

Motion by Mr. -E—aton sser-orided by Mr. Miller that a Public Hearing
be held June 4, 1969 at 7:30 P.M. to amend Section 1300, G. and 1411
of the Zoning Ordinance, this motion was carried.
Mr. Ponsidine who was representing Wm. H. Porter appeared before
the Board to show drawings and picture of proposed new apartments at the
rear of the Shopping Plaza off Groton Ave, Ext.

Motion was made by Mr. Fish seconded by Mr. Eaton that Joseph Yacano Jr
be appothted Constable for the Town of Cortlandville effective June 1, 69
to Dec. 31, 1069. This motion was carried.
Motion by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Miller that the Town Clerk be
authorized to write a letter to Louis Canestaro to remove the sod and
stone he put on the Town property. This is to be done in 10 days or
Town will have It movef and charged to Mr. Canestaro. Motion was carried.

of Water District No. 3 in the Town of Cortla.ndville, and it appear
ing that a. portion d' the lands of J. Richard Harris and Mary P.
