Regular meeting held at the Town Hell, Supervisor Frank K. Taylor
presiding:
Members present were Justices Donald. Eaton and Ronald Fish, Councilmen
Sherman Griswold and Ray Miller. Also present were book-keeper for
Supervisor,Rud.y Hra.ukli s, Town Engineer m. Rowell, Town Attorney John Gardner
Town AsseVor, Henry Wadsworth and. From Water and Sewer Department, F.Walker.
also, Highway Sup't. Harry Cooper.
Supervisor Taylor read a letter from Mr. Ray Marsh of Tompkins Street
regarding a horse barn on the Charles Abdallah property causing bad odors
and hay being blown onto their property.

Mr. Taylor also read a report he had received from the Homer Fire Dept.
for the year 1968, This report ordered filed by the Town Clerk.
Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Miller that the Town Clerk:
is authorized to issue a Building Permit to Wm, Porter for apartments to be
built on his property at the rear of the present Shopping; Plaza., if the
following conditions are met.
THERE SHALL NOT BE ANY OCCUPANCY OR RESIDENCE IN ANY PORTION OF THE
STRUCTURES UNTIL ADEQUATE WATER AND SEWER FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE TO THE
SPECIFIC STRUCTURES (OR APARTMENTS); WHICH FACILITIES MUST MEET THE REQUIRE-
MENTS AND APPROVAL OF THE: HEALTH DEPARTMENT CAR DEPARTMENTS IN "HARGE OF THIS®
AREA.

Town Clerk read. a letter from Mayor Noss of the City of Cortland
regarding a request by the Town of Cortlandville for additional sewerage
facilities, this letter received and ordered filed by the Town Clerk. This
motion was made by Mr. Griswold seconded by Mr. Fish , and carried.

Motion was made by Mr. Griswold seconded by Mr. Eaton that Richard Thomas
an employee of the Highway Department hAve his salary increased .l® per hour
beginning April 1, 1969. This motion was carried
.Raymond. Marsh appeared before the Board as a follow-up of the letter
of complaint he sent to the Town Board. Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded.
by Mr. Fish that the Town Clerk have a talk with Charles Abd.allah when he
returns from Florida., in regard to moving the horse barn to another location.
Town Clerk Brookins, brought to the Boards attention that Joseph Yacano
of Levydale Park Extension would be interested in the position of Town Constabl
as a former City policeman he would be quite capable.
There was no action taken in regard to installing a fence between the
property line of Herbert Scherz and Town Hall property as yet.
