2nd Regular Town Bard xeetin.g; of A;he month, held at the Town
Hall, on Terrace Road, Town of Co.rtl.andville.
Presiding at this, meeting was acting Supervisor Sherman Griswold,
Justices Ronald Nish and Donald Eaton and Co"_ncilman Ray Miller.
Also present were Superv{_sers bookkeeper, Rudy Krauklis, Town
Engineer, Wm. Rowell, Town Assessor, Henry Wadsworth and Fred
Walker of the Water Department.
Town Clerk read minutes of the last meeting and they were approved.

Motion by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Miller that the Trailer permit
of Clarence C(, hs be extended for 6 months and payment of $10.00
be made to th! Town Cle.r. 1r.
Motion was made by: Mr. Miller seconded by Mr.. Eaton that records
kept by the Town (I'lerk accordingly listed on form 222-TC-11 be sent
to Albany by the Town Clerk,requesting permission to dispose of same.

This motion was passed.
Mr. Louis Rosen appeared befor the Bayard to inquire whether he
would be able to establish a Trailer Park on the land which presently
is a junk yard, he would. ,remove,. all junk. The Board informed his he
should direct a letter to the `.Town Board and explain in his
intentions.
Town Clerk Brookins brought up the question of erecting a fence between
® the Town Hall property and the Foreign Motors garage tlo discourage the
public from driving thru the Town Driveway on to the Scherz property.
Mr. Griswold, Mr. Fish and the Town Clerk will look over the sit-
uation and repart at the next meeting.
Mr. Eaton brought up the question of hiring R.D. Summerville to use
his bulldozer at the McGraw dump. Mr. Eaton willinvestigate further.

M• ion was made by Mr. 'a';on seconded.. by Mr. Miller that the light
at the McGraw !lump be left there and made a Town charge. Motion was
carried. Town Clerk will so advise the Niagara Mohawk Company.
With no further business at this time, meeting was adjourned.
