March 5, 1969, lst meeting of the month.
Present were: Supervisor, Frank K. Taylor, presiding,
Justices, Don Eaton avid Ron Fish,Councilnen Sherman Griswold
and Ray Miller, also present were, Bpok-keeper for Supervisor
Rudy Krauklis,Town Lawyer, John Gardner, Town Engineer, William
Row -ell, Town Assessor, Henry Wadsworth, Town Highway Supt. Harry
Cooper, Fred Walker, Supt' of maintenance for Water and Sewer
Districts and Engineer John MacNeil.
Motion was made by Mr.. Eaton seconded by Mr. Fish that Mr. & Mrs.
Donald Wood be permitted an extension of 6 months on their Trailer
Permit after payment of the fee of $10.00. This motion was
carried. Fee was paid to the Town Clerk.
Mr. Eaton read copy of bids for new, truck as presented by the Town
Clerk. Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Griswold that
the Bid from Brockway Motbrs.1-of $19,900.00, without tires be accepted.
This motion was carried.
Engineers, Rowell and MacNeil explained the progress being made
on the proposed Sew'er line by Mr. Porter from Shopping Center to
Motion by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Griswold that the contract
with Stearns and Wheler for 1969 be signed. This notion was carried.

Motion was made that -a draft on Welfare, prepared and read by
• Supervisor Frank K. Taylor be accepted and filed with the Town
Clerk. Motion by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Fish and carried.

Motion was made by Mr. Griswold seconded by Mr. Fish that the bills
as prepared and read by the Clerk and audited by the Town Board be
paid. Motion carried as follows, General,$2398,91, Highway $2989.82
Water Dist. A 1 $659-55, Sewer Dist. $10-03.
There being no further business at this time, meeting was adjourned.
