Town Clerk read the minutes of the last meeting and they were approved.

Motion was made by Mr. Taylor seconded by Mr. Fish that Councilman
Ray Miller be appointed to serve with the Supervisor and the Towm
Assessor, H. Wadsworth as a review Board regarding assessments. This
motion was carried.

that the Town
Clerk be authorized to
release the certified check
of Benny Gunzenhauser
in the amount of $1500.00, relative to Acceptance
of Gunzen Drive on
the Lime Hollow Tract,

Motion was made by Mr. Griswold seconded by Mr. Miller that the Hgwy.
Sup't. H. Cooper and Town Attorney J. Gardner be empowered to advertize
for bids for a new truck, for the Highway Dept. This motion was carried.
Motion was made by Don Eaton seconded by Mr. Miller that the Water Dept.
Maintenance Sup't. be permitted to purchase a water pump not to exceed
250.00. This motion was carried.
