This will acknowledge.receipt of the sum -of Fourteen Dollars
and Twenty Nine Cents ($14.29) from Frank L. Greene, Cortland County
Treasurer, being the sum of $15.04 less 5% County Treasurer's fee of •
$.75, representing the income for the year 1968 on funds deposited
with the Cortland County Treasurer pursuant to an order of the
Surrogate+s Court - County of Cortland - State of New York dated
November 16, 1948; said order having provided that the accumulated
interest be paid by County Treasurer to the Supervisor of the
County of Cortland m Town of Cortla.ndville - such income so received
by me as Supervisor to be applied only towards the care and upkeep
of the McAllister burial lot in the South Cortland Cemetery as
directed in the last Will and Testament of the named testator.
