Town Clerk Lelazi Drookins wei-e unable. to be present because of
"Fluff. Others present were, Bookkeeper for Supervisor, Rudy
Krauklis, Tow,_ri Attorney JoIin Gardner, and Fred Walker of the Water
Department. Also, Neal_ Stearns and his attorney, Charles Mullen were
present. Mi-nutes of previous meeting read and approved.
Supervisor Taylor read a letter to -`;he Board from Henry Wadsworth,
tendering hip resignation as Councilman. Motion was made by Mr.
Griswold seconded by Mr. Eaton that this resignation be accepted and
filed. Motion 7iaf3 carTied. Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded
by Mr. Griswold that Henry �ITadsworth be appointed ascessor for the
year 1969. ThIs motion was -assed.
Motion was made by Mr. Eaton. second.ed by Mr. Griswold tthatC. Ray
Miller, Ridge RoDd, McGraw, be appoint-ed to fill the unexpired
term of CounciIna-1-1. Theis motion way; Gassed.

Motion was made by Don Eaton seconded by Mr. Griswold that the
Supervisor renew the contract with Mr. Space regarding the Dump
on Stupke road, Town Attorney will draft an agreement, carried.

As per resolution every two years: Cortland Standard is official
newspaper, Marine Midland Bank }Water accounts, lst National Bank.
Sewer accounts, Trust and Agency Funds/ Town Clerks,,Tax accounts,
�aaalso Highway accounts.

was passed_ in 1968 thru 1969)

Motion was made by Don Eaton seconded by S. Griswold that mileage
for Town officials be $.10 per mile. Motion was carried.
Motion was made by Don Eaton seconded by Mr. Griswold that Mrs.
McKinney be permitted a renewal of her Trailer Park License for
3 units, Min Fee, $25.00. This motion was passed.
Mr. Stearns presented a map to the Town Board showing a proposed
building, fence and parking area for their approval. Supervisor
Taylor requested that there be a solid fence min.height of 8 feet.

road, 200 feet to a point 450 angle nee. distance 75 '. Fill in
grade in front area not used for parking and roadways,by grading
and seeding. All waste products, oil grease etc. must be properly
disposed of. Motion by Don Eaton seconded by S. Griswold that these
requirements be accepted as guide lines for the Zoning officer.

Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Griswold aiithn.ri.zing the,
renewal of 1 Library "ontract with TP-mont Library in McGraw at $1500, v
0 to be paid quarterl.-, also a renewal with Cortland, Free Library at
$4000.00, $3000,00 of which is provided. in the budget anO. .�1000.00 will
be a special appropriati.on from r7.F. Part Town Funds., this to be
