DECEMBER 28 , 1988
Deputy Supv Garlock called the meeting to order at 12 noon
Members and guests participated in the Pledge of Allegiance
Roll call was by the Town Clerk :
Present : Deputy Supv Garlock , Clm Evans , Clm Hatfield , Clm
Crawford , and Atty Perkins
RESOLUTION ## 243 TRANSFER FUNDS FROM
DA5142 . 1 11 TO DA5142 . 1
Clm Hatfield offered the following resolution and asked for its
adoption :
RESOLVED , that this Town Board authorize the Supv to transfer
$ 5 , 000 . 00 from DA 5142 . 111 ( snow overtime ) to DA5142 . 1 ( snow
removal )
and Clm Evans Roll call vote - all voting Yes
RESOLUTION # 244 TRANSFER FUNDS FROM
DA5130 . 1 , FROM DA ; 130 . 2 TO DA5142 . 4
Clm Hatfield offered the following resolution and asked for its
adoption :
RESOLVED , that this Town Board authorize the Supv to transfer
O $ 3 , 000 . 00 from DA513 0 . 1 ( machinery personal ) and $ 3 , 000 . 00 from
D A5130 . 2 ( equipment ) to DA5142 . 4 ( snow contractual )
and Clm Evans Roll call vote - all voting Yes
RESOLUTION # 245 TRANSFER FUNDS FROM
SW - 834O . 4 TO SW 1 - 8320 . 4
Clm Hatfield offered the following resolution and asked for its
adoption
RESOLVED , that this Town Board authorize the Supv to transfer
$ 1 , 000 . 00 from SW1 - 8340 . 4 ( water transmission contractual ) to
S W1 -8320 . 4 ( water source of supply contractual ) .

RESOLUTION # 246 TRANSFER FUNDS FROM

Clm Hatfield offered the following resolution and asked for its
adoption :
RESOLVED , that this Town Board authorize the Supv to transfer
$6 , 480 . 00 from D85112 . 2 10 ( road construction ) to DB5110 . 4 ( road
repairs )
and Clm Evans Roll call vote - all voting Yes
Atty Perkins -- reported that the test well site for the DR7 .
• landfill site will not be done until about the beginning of
J anuary .
There was some discussion regarding zoning changes and the MA Zone

RESOLUTION # 247 APPRECIATION TO TOWN SUPERVISOR
CLINTON E COTTERILL
. Clrn Oarlock offered the following resolution and asked for its
adopt ion
WHEREAS , Clinton E . Cotterill has served the residents of the
Town of Dryden as a Town Councilman from January 1 , 1969 to
D ecember 31 , 1977 and Town Supervisor from January 1 , 1978 to
D ecember 31 , 1988 and
W HEREAS , his services to the Town of Dryden and the residents
thereof have in all respects been unselfish and exemplary and
of the highest standards ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Board of the Town of
Dryden as follows :
The Town Board of the Town of Dryden hereby gratefully and
✓ espectfully acknowledges itself and its residents
indebted to Clinton E . Cotterill for his years of
u nselfish and exemplary service as a member of the Town
Board of the Town of Dryden as a Town Councilman and Town
Supervisor and for all services he has put forth on behalf
o f the residents of the Town of Dryden .
