Motion by Mr. Taylor seconded by Mr. Eaton that the yearly report
of Justice Fish be accepted and filed. Motion carried.
M10tion by Mr. Taylor seconded by Mr. Eaton that a letter from John
MacNeil, Engineer, be filed.
Motion by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Fish that the Supervisor be empowered s
to sign a. contract with the S.P.C.A. for the year 1969 as per same •
agreement contract of 1968. Motion was carried.
Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Fish that
the Supervisor
transfer $2455.14 from Item 1 to Item 1 A. Motion was
carried.
Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Fish that
the following
be transferred from General Surplus,$2700, as follows,

Hall, light ,heat & repairs, $550.00, Printing & Adv.,
$1450.00 to
Miscel. Dumps, This motion was carried.
Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Fish that
Richard Thomas
be employed by the Highway Dept. at $2.20 per hour. Motion carried.
Motion made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Fish that fire distinguisher
be bought for the Water -Dept. garage, MotiOn-was carried.
Motion by Mr. Fish seconded by Mr. Eaton that all bills as presented
by the Town Clerk and audited by the Toun Board be paid, Motion was
carried.
