Present : Supv Cotterill , C1rn Garlock and Clm Crawford
RESOLUTION # 11775 ACCEPT LOW BID MONKEY RUN WATER R SEWER
Clm Garlock offered the following resolution and asked for its
adoption :
RESOLVED , that this Town Board accept the lowest responsible bid
from Bat - Con Construction Inc . in the amount of $ 665 , 236 . 00 for
Contract A for the Monkey Run Water and Sewer District .
2nd Clm Crawford Roll call vote - all voting Yes
RESOLUTION # 174 ACCEPT LOW BID FOR MONKEY RUN WATER & SEWER
Clm Garlock offered the fallowing resolution and asked for its
adoption :
RESOLVED , that this Town Board accept the lowest responsible bid
f rom Stan Payne Construction Co . in the amount of $ 310 , 168 . 60 for
Contract B for the Monkey Run Water and Sewer District .
2nd Clm Crawford Roll call vote - all voting Yes
et RESOLUTION # 175 ACCEPT LOW BID FOR MONKEY RUN WATER & SEWER
Clm Garlock offered the following resolution and asked for its
adoption :
RESOLVED , that this Town Board accept the lowest responsible bid
f rom G . P . P . Inc . in the amount of $ 121 , 059 . 00 for Contract C for
the Monkey Run Water and Sewer District .
2nd Clm Crawford Roll call vote - all voting Yes
RESOLUTION 017E ACCEPT LOW BID FOR MONKEY RUN WATER &• SEWER
Clm Garlock offered the following resolution and asked for its
adoption :
RESOLVED , that this Town Board accept the lowest responsible bid
f rom A -- 1 Electric in the amount of $ 68 , 645 . 00 for Contract D for
the Monkey Run Water and Sewer District .
2nd Clm Crawford Roll call vote - all voting Yes
