C :lrn Evans offered the following resolution and asked for its adoption :
RESOLVED , that this Town Board authorize a change order for the Snyder
Hil l Water District to move the electric panel on the pump station as
suggested by the engineer in an amount not to exceed $ 1 , 880 . 00 .

Clm Garlock offered the following resolution and asked for its adopt ion :
RESOLVED , that this Town Board authorize the Supv to increase the
quarterly charge from $ 20 . 00 to $ 25 . 00 per unit in Sewer District ## 1 to
cover the rate increase from Cayuga Heights effective June 1 , 1988 .
