7:30 P.M.
2nd Regular meeting of the month held by the Town Board of
the Town of Cortlandville in the Town Hall, Terrace Road, Supervisor
Frank K. Taylor presiding, other Board members present were, Justice
Don Eaton and Councilman Sherman Griswold, members not present were
Councilman Ray Miller, Justice Ron Fish. Also present, R. Krauklis,
book-keeper for the Supervisor, Town Engineer, Wm. Rowell, Town
E#XXXX Attorney John J. Gardner, Hgwy. Supt. Louis Wagner and
Fred -Walker from eater Department.
Town Clerk read minutes of last meeting and there were no
corrections.
Manuel Ynsuela , Pres. of Union Springs, Development Corp.
appeared before the Board to get permission to tap into the Water
Main going up the hill to the Water Tank. They want to build an
Office Building on land they are purchasing from Claud Buck on
Tompkins St. Ext.
-Ogy Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Griswold that
Mr. Ynsuela be given permission to tap the water line for his new
building. This motion was carried.
Mr. Taylor reported that the fence has been installed around
the playground at Blodgett Mills.
gs� Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Griswold that a
bill in the amount of be sent to Niagara Mohawk Power Co.
for work that the Town has done on Deerfield Heights. This motion
was carried.
O'�9 Motion by Mr. Griswold seconded by Mr. Eaton that a Public
Hearing be held relative to raising the Fee for Water installation
to $125.00, Hearing to be held at the Town Hall, August 5, 1970 at •
7:30 P.M.

Motion by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Griswold that the Electro
Rust -Proofing Co. replace ffieter Relay at a price of $115.00. This
motion was carried.
Motion by Mr. Griswold seconded by Mr. Eaton that the SPCA.
take the dog census for 1971. This motion.was carried.
There being no further business at this time, meeting was
adjourned.
